Phillip Hall: From the Kamilaroi people, Phillip has been actively involved in Aboriginal Affairs since 1967 as a member of National Aboriginal Council and National Aboriginal Consulting Council, and an advisor to Dr. H.C Coombs. Phillip has been exhibiting at The Rainbow Serpent since its opening in 1991. Canvasses of detailed pointalist designs are his signature style. Using complementary natural tones radiating from starkly contrasted animal motifs, Phillip creates vibrant paintings in the tradition of Dreamtime art.
