day of shipping as Wednesday 20DEC. If this order was shipped "UPS 3 Day Select" then it will be delivered on the 3rd Day which is Friday 22DEC

After we ship your order you will automatically receive an
email from UPS (quantumviewnotify@ups.com) with your Tracking Number so you can track your delivery at any
time. Please make sure your email spam filter is set to accept emails from both domains "ups.com" and "aboutaustralia.com". If you require alternative shipping arrangements please detail them in the
"Comments" section of the Delivery Information Page when you check-out and we
will happily meet with your request (additional charges may be incurred).
In the event that one of the items you have ordered cannot be
supplied (e.g. sold-out) then we will contact you by phone or email to give you
choices to "substitute", "backorder" or "cancel". If we do not hear from you,
then we will ship in-stock items only and cancel the rest.
If you decide
to get your "in-stock" items shipped immediately, and then the rest
"backordered" please be aware that you will be charged additional
shipping.
International orders are shipped via United States Postal
Service. About Australia cannot be responsibile for these packages after they
have been shipped, or any additional charges associated with Tax, Customs, Duty
or any other fees. You may request, at an additional fee, insurance to protect
your investment. Please see USPS for questions such as USPS rates, delivery times and
insurance.
About Australia is not responsible for food items affected by
heat (hot weather) after the goods have been shipped from our store. To help
avoid heat damage to your Aussie chocolates we recommend you consider expedited
shipping methods. We also suggest you make arrangements for your order to be
shipped on a Monday so that your goods do not sit in a hot truck or warehouse
over a weekend.
