Prepare Job Budgets (MS
Excel) & Quotations (MS Word)
Book
Flights (Amadeus)
Travel Insurance
Quotations
Issue
Visitor Visa's (ETA's)
Admin
& Basic Bookkeeping
Provide unparallel
customer service
Pre-requisites:�
Punctual, Reliable,
Organized & Honest
Motivated, Outgoing
& Confident
Computer Skills
(Internet, Email & Instant Message)
Extremely proficient
with Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
Experience with Amadeus,
Worldspan, Sabre or Apollo
Excellent Written and
Verbal communication skills
Attention to detail is
